Refund policy

Ganance offers a 14-day return period beginning on the date your Heir device is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

• You must contact our support team at info@ganance.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return and receive instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Ganance reserves the right to deny a refund for products returned in damaged condition, missing components, or beyond the 14-day window.
