Terms of Service for Ganance Smart Converter

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ganance application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.
2. Use of the App
a. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
b. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful purpose.
c. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
d. You must maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ganance and its licensors.
b. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our App or the content you access.
4. Changes to the App
Ganance reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
a. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
b. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
c. Ganance does not warrant that a) the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
d. In no event shall Ganance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
